Return and Refund Policy

 Please read our policy carefully regarding returns and refunds:

Zero Refund Policy:

Once a physical album has been purchased and opened, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. This policy is in place due to the nature of our products including collectible, and random inserts that could be altered, damaged, or replaced with false ones.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds:

We will only accept returns and offer refunds under the following circumstances:

- Incorrect Item Received on a Delivery or Pick Up: If you receive an incorrect item that does not match your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.

To initiate a return or replacement under the above circumstances, please contact our customer service team at store@kpopnabi.com. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Change of mind or preference after purchase.
  • Opened albums where the packaging seal has been broken.

Important Notes:

  • All returned products must be in their original packaging and condition, with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days upon approval of the return.
