General Questions
Do albums bought count towards the official Korean charts?
Yes! Every album we purchase are from official, authorized sellers in South Korea. They report album sales themselves to the Korean charts.
How do I sign up for rewards and how do they work?
In the left hand corner of the website click the βRewardsβ button to view our rewards system information. In the section that says βBecome a memberβ you can click the βJoin nowβ button to create an account. You can view all the details in the rewards area by clicking the βRewardsβ button again.
How long will it take to get an email response?
Our customer support team is active during store hours. We will return any inquiries or issues in a timely manner. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.
Why donβt you have [this group] or [this album]?
We are committed to supporting a wide range of fans and hope to eventually cater to all of them. We continually grow our stock and love to hear requests on what our customers want. To request a group or specific album email us at store@kpopnabi.com.
Pre-orders and Orders
Can I pick versions for my online pick up or shipping order?
Yes, on almost all of our products you will have to pick which version youβd like to receive. If there are no options available to pick it means there is only one version available or will be chosen at random.
Can I cancel my order?
We fulfill orders within 48 hours of it being placed. Please call or email with your order number as soon as possible to cancel. If the order has been fulfilled and shipped out you will not be able to cancel. It may take 3-5 business days depending on your bank for the refund to process.
What are pre-order benefits (POBs)?
Pre-order benefits, commonly referred to as POBs, are extra inclusions that come with pre-ordering an album before its Korean release date. Depending on which Korean store it came from this may include a range of items: photocards, posters, calendars, stickers, and more. Please read the productβs description for what the POB will be.
When will my pre-order get here?
The product first must be processed and shipped out from the supplier on the Korean release date. Without any delays the products should arrive to us in 2-3 weeks after release. If there are any manufacturing or retail delays on our supplier end you will be immediately notified and kept up to date. Please allow 24 hours for us to process and sort all received pre-orders!
Can I pick a version for my pre-order?
As of right now we do not currently allow for version options on pre-orders unless stated on the product page.
Can I mix my pre-order order with stocked items?
If you mix both your pre-order order with your stocked items we will wait to fulfill the order until the pre-order item is here to send out all at once. If you would like each one as soon as possible please create separate orders.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
You can cancel before the pre-order cut off date on the product page. Please email us at store@kpopnabi.com with your order number to cancel and request a refund. If it is past the cut off date you cannot be granted a refund. It may take 3-5 business days depending on your bank for the refund to process.
Can I pick a specific member for my POB?
You may put your bias/requested member(s) in the order notes, but there is no guarantee you will receive your selection due to limited stock.
In Store Pick-up, Delivery, and Shipping
Do you offer shipping for your products?
Yes, we currently offer shipping for all of the United States! We currently do not ship internationally.
Can I place a pick-up order?
Yes, you can purchase stocked items to be picked up at our physical location. Since we are holding an item aside that can otherwise be bought by an in-person customer you must pay online for an item hold. You will have 7 days from your purchase date to pick the item(s) up.
Is there delivery for Tampa residents?
No, as of right now we do not currently do not offer delivery services for the Tampa area.
Returns and Exchanges
What is the return policy?
All sales are final except for in the case of defective or incorrect albums . Any other item is final (light sticks, plushies, posters, clothing, accessories, etc.) If it was bought in-person you may exchange the album if it is in its original, sealed plastic. Pre-order items are not eligible for refund unless canceled before the cut-off date due to the nature of ordering. Please submit any return claims to store@kpopnabi.com.
Please read over the following to make a claim:
The claim must be made within 7 days of in-person purchase date or delivery date. In the case of missing/damaged inclusions include an unedited/unaltered video of you opening the album and showing its inclusions. (If it was shipped this includes filming the package and opening it.) This is so we can guarantee that the customer did not alter the contents after already opening it. In the case of a noticeable damaged exterior please try to keep the item in its original plastic if you can, and include photos of it in your claim. In the case of incorrect item(s) please keep the item in its original packaging. Include your name, order number, and the item(s) youβd like to return. Please read over the following conditions that may or may not allow for a return: If the album was bought in-person and is still in its original plastic wrap. The item must be in the same condition it was when sold. Please come to the store within 7 days of the original purchase date. If the exterior album is noticeably damaged and you include photos you may make a claim. If the album is missing inclusions or the photo card is damaged and you filmed its opening you may make a claim. If you received an incorrect item(s) and they are in its original packaging you may process a claim. If the unboxing or opening video is noticeably altered and you will not be granted a refund. If the item was on sale you may not be granted a refund. If the outer packaging of the order is damaged we cannot issue a refund due to the nature of shipping. Please file a claim with the merchant used for shipping to request compensation for any damaged items. After the claim is accepted and processed we will either: send a shipping label for the customer to send back item(s) or process a refund without having the customer send the item(s) back. If we require you to send the item(s) back for inspection you will have to wait until after the item is delivered and inspected for a refund.
Can I exchange an album?
You may exchange an album if it is in its original packaging up to 7 days of the purchase date if in-person or delivery date if online. If the order was made online and shipped the customer will have to cover the shipping costs as well as wait for inspection of the item(s) to process the new item(s) requested.
